OUR STORY

for more than a century

The history of the Passalacqua jewelry store in Terrasini began at the start of the last century, when Michelangelo Passalacqua, with passion and skill, was already working as a goldsmith, designing and crafting jewelry that was appreciated by his customers.

1921

THE JEWELRY STORE IS FOUNDED

In 1921, he decided to open his own store in the very center of Piazza Duomo in Terrasini, where, with the help of his wife Elisabetta Orlando, it became a landmark for Palermo and its province.

2011

PASSALACQUA CASA IS FOUNDED

After more than ninety years of a distinguished history, the Passalacqua family, now represented by the new generation, has decided to take on its greatest challenge yet: expanding into the world of the Home. The year 2011 thus marked a turning point and a new era of innovation for the company, which embraced a fresh and essential image. The showroom, designed by architect Ulderico Lepreri, is characterized by clean lines, extensive use of transparency, and a strong emphasis on lighting.
